How We Rank Results

1. Products
- Only products that a seller can deliver to your pincode or selected address are shown.
- Category pages list products in the display order set by the Petba team, then by name. You can re-sort them by name, price or rating.
- Search results show products whose name or tags match your search words, in the same order.
- Featured and Recommended rows on the home page are chosen by the Petba team and by how often products are viewed.
2. Services
- Services near your chosen location are listed nearest first.
- Services at a similar distance are ordered by their average rating from customer reviews. A service with no reviews shows “No reviews yet” and is never given a default rating.
3. Paid placement
Sellers and service providers do not pay to appear higher in results. If paid placement is ever offered, those listings will be labelled Sponsored.
4. Ratings and reviews
- Ratings are calculated only from published customer reviews.
- Every review is checked by Petba before it is published. Sellers cannot approve, hide or delete reviews.
- We publish negative reviews as well as positive ones. We remove a review only if it is abusive, spam, about a different product or service, or not genuine.
