Address & Location Information. We collect delivery addresses and your pincode so we can determine which stores/vendors can service your location. If you grant permission, the app may also use your device's location to suggest the nearest serviceable store or to pre-fill your delivery pincode. You can decline location access and enter your pincode manually instead.

Order & Payment Information. We collect details about the products you order, order history, and delivery status. Payments are processed by third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or banking passwords on our servers - these are handled directly by the payment gateway.

Vendor Information. If you register as a vendor, we additionally collect your store details, product listings, and pincode/location used to calculate your delivery service radius.

Usage Information. Like most apps and websites, we automatically collect certain technical information such as device type, operating system, IP address, app version, and general usage/log data to help us maintain and improve the Services.
